Inventechnologies Offers The Most Cost Effective Green Solar Thermal Technology

Inventechnologies is a consulting engineering firm that specializes in alternative energy products, services and solutions.

They provide energy solutions using wind, solar, and alternative methods for consumers and businesses. Their goal is to choose and implement the correct product and technology for the application, and assist their clients with any government rebate processes.

Inventechnologies is excited to offer what they feel is an affordable solution to many other solar thermal products on the market today, costing much more with less efficiency for commercial and residential use. The Suntrac solar thermal product is the solution to other systems that have glycol freeze issues in areas that drop below freezing. The Suntrac system will actually stop tracking once it gets to temperature and thus not boil or stagnate the glycol as it is pressurized slightly and stops tracking at temperature. Other glycol systems such as tube designs just sit in place and continue to heat.

The Suntrac solar thermal product is comprised of Parabolic reflector plate units, each a tracking concentrating collector are the secret behind this hot water solar panel system for higher temperature water applications. This unique design provides a system that utilizes roof area efficiently, requires no more maintenance than other collectors, and yet delivers temperatures to 250 degrees F (120° C). at the lowest total installed cost per KW on the market today. The panels can be used for hot water applications for domestic hot water, space heating, process hot water, absorption air conditioning, and rankine engine electric generation. The collector system is the first to combine the low installation and maintenance cost characteristics of flat plate design with the proven high temperature yields of parabolic concentrating collectors that track the sun. Each concentrating panel is self contained so there is no complicated field installation or maintenance of linkages or pulleys. A synchronous tracker uses shaded phototransistors to follow the sun from east to west daily. The reflectors automatically return to the east position at the end of the day. The panel may also be oriented North-South to track the sun seasonally. The tracker and brushless stepping motor are easily serviceable through the motor cover. The motor and controls use 12 volt DC power which provides an added safety margin. Tempered safety glass protects all reflector surfaces and the entire tracker system. This means there are no reflector surfaces to scratch and no linkages to freeze or jam. The system is designed for a 30 year life.

The new Suntrac solar thermal product produces water 100 degrees warmer than any other small system on the market. Restaurants, laundry facilities or businesses that use hot water for commercial applications will benefit greatly from this product. Homeowners now have a system that works and if insulated correctly, can be the most effective.
